Refund and Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. However, because each art print is made-to-order exclusively for you, I have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges to ensure fairness and quality​

  • Return Window: If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. I will gladly arrange a replacement or refund in such cases. Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns for any other reason(e.g. change of heart or decor) since each print is a custom creation made just for you.
  • Eligible Returns: Returns or exchanges are only offered for items that arrive in damaged or flawed condition. I will request clear photos of the damage (including the packaging) to assess the issue and for insurance purposes. Please do not dispose of any damaged item or its packaging until we have resolved the claim.
  • Resolution Options: For approved damage claims, you may choose either a full refund of your purchase price or a free replacement print of the same image. I’ll work with you to make it right as swiftly as possible. If a replacement is issued, it will be shipped at no extra cost to you.
  • Return Shipping: In most cases of damage, you won’t need to ship the item back. I will provide instructions (such as safely discarding the damaged print) once we’ve verified the issue​. If a return of the item is required for any reason, I will coordinate the details with you.
  • Exchanges: Because prints are custom, I do not offer exchanges for a different print or product. The only exchanges allowed are replacement of a damaged item with the same item.
  • Order Cancellations: Please double-check your order details (image, size, frame, shipping address) before finalizing. Once an order is placed, printing and framing production often begins right away, so cancellations or changes are not guaranteed. If you need to adjust something, contact us immediately and I will do my best to help. However, if the print has already gone into production, I may not be able to cancel the order​.

Shipping Information

I take great care to ensure your artwork is delivered safely and efficiently. Below is key information about our shipping process:

  • Production Time: Each fine art print is printed, framed, and prepared on demand for you. Please allow approximately 14 business days for your order to be produced and carefully packaged before shipment. Quality is never rushed – I personally verify the print and framing so it meets gallery standards before it leaves the studio​.
  • Packaging: Your framed print will be professionally packaged to protect it in transit. I use ample padding, corner protectors, and sturdy boxes (or wooden crates for very large pieces) to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. The artwork is wrapped and cushioned so it withstands handling shocks and weather. Every shipment is fully insured for added peace of mind.
  • Carriers & Delivery: I use trusted carriers like DHL, UPS, and FedEx for fast and secure delivery, and each package is insured at no extra cost​. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor the delivery progress. Signature confirmation may be required upon delivery for valuable artworks, so please plan for someone to be available at the shipping address.
  • Shipping Times: Shipping transit times vary by destination. Estimated delivery times (excluding production time) are:
      • France: ~2–5 business days
      • Europe: ~3–7 business days
      • North America: ~5–10 business days
      • Asia & Oceania: ~7–14 business days
      • Rest of World: ~10–21 business days
  • International Shipping & Customs: Yes, I ship worldwide from France. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply upon delivery in their country​. I have no control over these government-imposed fees and cannot predict their amount. If you’re unsure about customs charges, please check with your local customs office. I will accurately declare the artwork value on customs forms and label it as “Photographic Artwork” to aid smooth processing.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the framed print. I strive to keep shipping costs reasonable (or even complimentary for certain large orders or promotions). You will see the shipping charge before confirming payment. Any special packaging or handling needs are included in that rate.
  • Undelivered Packages: If a package is unclaimed or returned due to an incorrect address, I will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for resending in such cases, so please double-check your address when ordering.
  • Packaging Recycling: I encourage you to recycle or reuse the packaging materials whenever possible. The protective foam and cardboard can often be recycled. Let’s work together to reduce waste while enjoying art.
